Being the chairwoman of Zinnia Corporation, Mrs Nguyen Thu Cuc is an extremely busy person. However, she spends her time participating in training courses, talking, sharing her knowledge and experiences with the employees. People may raise the question: How can she manage all? Putting theory into practice through manager’s mindsets

Lessons by Mrs. Thu Cuc are not academic but specific through real situations occurring in the Corporation. She gives incisive and practical analyses based on theoretical basis which opens up new ways of thinking to everyone.  During lectures on “Marketing for Non Marketing Manager” set in the context of private health, she said “If each physician is also a marketing expert, medical services will become even better”.

Doctors are always outstanding persons who spend most of their time on health care. Although they are one of the elements making up the Seven P’s of Services Marketing, they are hardly aware of this. These doctors just follow the ethical principles “A good doctor is like an affectionate mother”, they sincerely take care of their patients and share the pain with them with all their heart, and there is no marketing theory is applied at all. However, if we combine medical ethics with good customer services, we could offer customers even better health care services.

Not only young people but also the older generation such as Medical Director of Thu Cuc International General Hospital – Dr. Doan Huu Nghi, Assos.Prof., PhD., People’s Physician –  Former Director E Hospital, Former Deputy Director of National Cancer Hospital (K Hospital) attended the courses. He has expressed his admiration and consensus to the young Chairwoman. Health sector in the country now has changed in the direction of privatization, professionalism, it is necessary that every enterprise be equipped with knowledge of modern business management.

Non-stop learning

As a young entrepreneur with progressive ideas, Mrs. Nguyen Thu Cuc always considers learning as a mission of lifetime, a non-stop      process. She even takes the advantages of holidays such as Lunar New Year, Independence Day, etc. to attend training courses in the country and abroad, accumulating knowledge and then imparting it to managers of the Corporation who are considered as the “captains” driving the big boat, and these people will again impart knowledge to other employees.
